At Sundon Lower School we recognise that all our pupils are individuals with different strengths and needs. We endeavour to achieve maximum inclusion of all children (including vulnerable children) whilst meeting their individual needs. In order to fully support children with special educational needs or disabilities, teachers provide differentiated learning opportunities for all the children within our school. This includes differentiated activities, small group work, pre- teaching or implementing adult support as well as providing materials appropriate to children’s interests and abilities. This ensures that all children have full access to our school curriculum.
